Growing up, I always had an interest in music and art. Both of these activities gave me great creative outlets as a kid. By high school I knew that I wanted to be an artist. After graduation I went to The Art Institute of Philadelphia to pursue a degree in Media Arts & Animation. I spent a few years doing freelance work in the industry then decided that to return to the Art Institute to pursue another degree. This time I studied Visual Effects & Motion Graphics because I wanted to be more involved in creating FX and have a better understanding of compositing.
After graduating with a second degree I moved to California to fulfill my dream of working in the movie industry. I have completed shots on more than seven feature films and worked with several major studios, including Sony Imageworks, Stereo D, Gradient FX, and Identity FX. Everyday I work on my craft to become the best artist I can be. I hope to one day take on a leadership roll as an FX artist on a feature film.
